I came in as a walk in. I was greeted by Dominique who was so kind. I was long over due for a trim and she washed it for me, and was able to get some of my dead ends off. She also educated me on to not use box hair dye, and recommended me come and get my hair cut every 8 weeks to get my hair back to being healthy. She was straight to the point, but used kindness. Thank you so very much. You made me feel much better. ~Katie B.

I always have a great experience at Great Clips – Lutz (Van Dyke Rd), but this visit really stood out. Michelle is absolutely fantastic — she is so kind, attentive, and truly knows what she’s doing. She gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve had in a long time, taking her time to make sure everything was even, clean, and exactly how I wanted it. The other stylist there (the older woman) is also awesome — very friendly, welcoming, and clearly experienced. You can tell this location has a great team that actually enjoys what they do, which makes the whole experience better. Every time I come here, the cuts are consistently high quality, and the conversations are always enjoyable and relaxed. It never feels rushed, and you leave feeling good — not just about the haircut, but the experience overall. I’ll definitely be coming back here often. If you’re looking for a reliable spot with great people and consistently solid cuts, this is the place. Highly recommend!
